Geschichten, Anekdoten, Schnurren, glatte Lügen – im Auftrag ihrer Zuhörer*innen unternimmt die Montagegruppe den Versuch die fiktionale Spreu vom faktentreuen Weizen zu trennen,z.B. die Sache mit dem Song "Louie, Louie" der Band The Kingsmen: "FBI field agents across the country went into action in 1964 in effort to crack a code. Hundreds of pages of documents, crime labs, and dozens of interviews later this code was getting closer and closer to crack. The code that had the Federal Bureau Of Investigation stumped was the “cryptic” lyrics of The Kingsmen's “Louie Louie.” Agents threatened the songwriter, Richard Berry, with jail." (LA Weekly)
